Public reference prices run from VND 17,280,000 per act, VAT included. Agencies can request a separate NET quote.
Duration & line-up
Recommended 4–8 dancers. Acts run 3–7 minutes; medleys are adjusted to the total time you need.
Tech rider
Available on request, covering stage, power and equipment requirements for each act.
Travel & set-up
Prices cover Ho Chi Minh City. Outside it, travel and lodging are added at actual cost. For hotels and resorts we coordinate stage space, power and rehearsal hours with the organiser.
Cancellation
Fees of 50%, 70% or 100% depending on notice; exact terms are in each contract. See the FAQ below.

How We Work With Agencies
- Send a brief — programme type, date and time, venue, guest count and reference budget.
- We propose — suitable acts, a NET quote and a showreel within 24 hours.
- Confirm and sign — contract with a 50% deposit. Concept, music and the LED timeline are approved before production.
- Rehearse and perform — we rehearse at the venue on the organiser's schedule and bring all technical equipment.

Agency FAQ
Can agencies get a NET quote different from the list price?
Yes. We send a separate NET quote (excluding VAT, no commission added). The price depends on the act, the line-up, the venue and the date.
How long is a quote valid?
Usually a few days, as stated on each quote, because dancer and technical schedules change by season. Book early for year-end party season.
What is your cancellation policy?
50% of the fee if cancelled more than 5 days before the event, 70% within 3–5 days, and 100% closer to showtime. The deposit is 50% on signing and the remaining 50% is due after the programme. Exact terms are written in each contract.
Do you perform outside Ho Chi Minh City?
Yes. Travel and lodging are charged at actual cost and are estimates until the brief is confirmed.
Can you handle a last-minute booking?
Possibly, depending on availability. A rush surcharge may apply. Send the date, time and venue on WhatsApp to confirm.
